Competitive BBQ teams from across the country battle it out in Steak Cook offs and Australian BBQ Alliance competitions. Over the weekend, 45 teams will compete for Grand Champion and $7,000 in prizes. Judges will sample and grade categories including pork ribs, lamb, beef brisket and items on a stick.
